Satin is one of the most commonly used fabric ribbon. It is a weave which has a higher luster as compared to other fabric ribbons. It has a smooth and glossy finishing to the surface on the ribbon. If only one side of the ribbon is smooth, it is known as Single Faced Satin. When both sides of the ribbon are equally smooth and shiny, it is known as Double Faced Satin.
